My passion for wild places lead me to the Southwest where the mountains drew me in.
Since the early 2000s I’ve worked as a freelance writer and journalist (among other things) while chasing the alpine dream.
In 2019 we opened Salida Books a physical bookstore located in historic Downton Salida, Colorado selling a curated selection of new, used and rare books.
